First $1,000 event at WSOP draws smaller than expected field, and Michael Mizrachi leads Event 2
Braxton Dunaway may be on a path toward increasing his live tournament career earnings by 73,632 percent. Braxton’s career live tournament earnings come to a total of $850. That was won with a 17th-place finish in the 2008 Spring Break Poker Classic’s $500 buy-in Event 8. Now, he’s the chip leader at the end of Day 1 in Event 3, $1,000 no-limit hold ‘em at the World Series of Poker.
